Current• Initiated a multi-year program to migrate quality management system to the cloud (Salesforce Platform), working with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendor to develop an overall roadmap and software plan • Helped to establish the project methodology, coached team members on agile methodology, and assisted in setup of project in Azure DevOps• Provided subject matter expertise to create recommendations and implement security access control, use of mobile technology and backend integrations • Responsible for identity and access management for the application, creating security landscape documentation, security architecture design, working with the project team, Security Officer, Legal and access management vendor• Team player stepping up to assist in multiple facets to ensure project success and empowering team members to achieve at a high level
