Patrick C. Beeman, MD is a board-certified Ob/Gyn and addiction medicine physician, medical educator, and writer. He has worked on the Case Files series and written questions for the USMLERx question bank. He has served as the Director of Content for COMQUEST, the leading osteopathic question bank, and has helped a number of students achieve admission to medical school as an advisor for MedSchoolCoach.com. He is the founder of InsideTheBoards, aimed at teaching medical students psychometric principles in order to reduce their stress, improve efficiency in studying, and (of course) increase their scores on exams. Aside from helping medical students achieve success in their education, he has authored over thirty popular or academic articles on medical ethics, culture, religion, philosophy, and education. His writing has been featured in First Things, the American Medical Association's Journal of Ethics, The National Catholic Bioethics Quarterly, Our Sunday Visitor, the National Catholic Register and others. He currently serves on active duty as a physician in the United States Air Force where he practices obstetrics and gynecology.
