Adopting a player-coach model, he also assists the General Counsel in overseeing the Company’s real estate operations with a primary focus on its retail leasing.In addition, Mr. Bennison is a member of Brixmor’s Diversity Equity Inclusion Leadership Council. Mr. Bennison also played a key role in the Company being awarded the Green Lease Leader Award by the Institute for Market Transformation and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Alliance.
