KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- Success in managing strategic contracts valued over $500 million per annum in spend. - Successful delivery of strategic whole of Victorian government public tender processes. - Effective delivery in maximising savings and efficiencies for each of my categories, with an aggregated saving of appropriate 10 percent of controlled spend. - Leading, management and the mentoring of staff. - Revised internal procurement processes and procedures to streamline tender processes.
