Solutions reached using investigation tools including fault tree analysis, functional deployment matrices, experimental testing, root cause assessments, and verification testing. - Experience working on production and development programs for both monopropellant & bipropellant engines. Tasks included design, analysis, fabrication, and testing of rocket engines to assure compliance with design objectives and customer requirements. Additional responsibilities involve review and approval of engineering designs, evaluating work instructions, conducting performance analysis, conducting experimental and production testing, test data analysis, and leading formal failure investigations.
