- Responsible for translating specification requirements into a design that was fully compliant to the needs of the customer for various in-space propulsion products. Led over 30 + engineers from various locations including mechanical designers, electrical designers, thermal analyst, structural analyst, materials and process engineers, system engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality engineers. - Coordinated and presented technical status on a regular basis to internal management team as well as the customer. Presentations include pulling together packages for technical interchange meetings, monthly management reviews, System Requirements Reviews, Preliminary Design Reviews, and Critical Design Review.- Led investigations for various technical issues with core productions. Solutions reached using investigation tools including fault tree analysis, functional deployment matrices, experimental testing, root cause assessments, and verification testing. - Experience working on production and development programs for both monopropellant & bipropellant engines. Tasks included design, analysis, fabrication, and testing of rocket engines to assure compliance with design objectives and customer requirements. Additional responsibilities involve review and approval of engineering designs, evaluating work instructions, conducting performance analysis, conducting experimental and production testing, test data analysis, and leading formal failure investigations.
