- Responsible for conducting a walk-through of potential jobsite to provide the potential client with a cost analysis of the requested service.
- Responsible for determining how many individuals were needed for each job site and the best individuals fit to perform the task for maximum customer satisfaction.
- I am responsible for conducting monthly surprise inspection of each job site and rectifying any issues found or providing positive reinforcement when 100% satisfaction is met.
- My responsibilities were hiring, processing performance appraisals, conducting terminations, coaching feedbacks, etc.
