My job focuses on installing all weather thermal insulation, brick structural support fixings and the Installation of fire and damp proof systems regarding brickwork to the outside of commercial buildings. I usually work leading a gang of 2-8 people. I flexibly alternate between different aspects of the job which require planning and organisation to efficiently keep up with given targets and contract schedules.Job Involves -• Organising and liaising with the workforce (team members, managers and contractors).• Reading and interpreting building schematics.• Checking quality of completed work sitewide, highlighting and resolving issues. (Quality Assurance)• Stock management, keeping a stock check of materials to plan ahead for job completion.• Training new employees

I have personally been involved in many fund raisers throughout the years and have raised various amounts of funds for these two charities.
