Just got assign to head our shipping operations for batangas.Under which, I and few team of batanguenos will be running our seamless operations in the southern part of Luzon.In 2019 up to September 2020, I was the landtransport Manager for our Manila Branch, where I head a group of people with skills and expertise in Container Van Trucking Luzon wide, Our team is also task to ensure that we provide simply seamless landtransport services of all modes to all our clients, if it needs moving thru land we will be the ones making sure that your precious cargo will be safely taken cared of until it reaches the destination of your choice.the technical sales manager to handle special and specific logistics requirement for our key private and government clients.My specific role is to ensure that we provide the best and most effective way to move cargoes across the philippine island with the least cost to the clients supply chain expense providing them with out of the box solutions to moving cargoes.Between 2017 to 2018 I was also incharge of the branch operations department for our supply chain business.Prior to that from 2013 to 2016 I was assign in manila handling a new team of terminal operations and trucking department, wherein my primary function is to push and innovate our team to align our operational goal on ensuring all vessels at port dock and depart safely with maximizing cargo load in the most efficient and reliable way providing the necessary support and promise to achieve customer satisfaction.previous to being the land department head, i use to head the operations and the safety department of our shipping and port business in cagayan de oro. i lead a lean professional and dynamic group of peole that handles freight and container movement from customer to loading into our vessel in a safe manner.Under my department is our trucking, container care and maintenance, yard management, engineering land, terminal operations, safety security and health officer and also the Designated Person Ashore. And each of those departments are run by extremely passionate people with various discipline in engineering and management, mechanics, skilled forklift operators, prime mover drivers, and security marshalls.Before that i headed the logistics department that handles our end to end supply chain clients and their warehousing requirements in 2010 to 2011In 2009 to 2010 i also was a project team leader that was part of the business development team of our port management business.
