Victoria's Secret & PINKManaged a team of 7 developers across multiple offices in New York and Bangalore, addressing challenges with culture, language and time zone, in effect building a diverse but inclusive team.Vetted and managed 6 seasonal contractors to create new, enriching experiences for the high traffic and highly commercialized initiatives including the VS Fashion Show.Implemented a Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline to automate the build and release of artifacts upon code merge to master. This allowed for fast and seamless iterations to production MVPs, defect fixes and project releases.

Partnered with the working team in every aspect of Lean UX methodology including KJ sessions, customer journey roadmaps, design sketch sessions and scrum ceremonies.Collaborated with cross-functional partners to determine timelines, requirements and acceptance criteria for all campaigns supporting the brand’s Experience Roadmaps.

Led the Home and Landing project team in developing reusable frontend web application components for CMS integration. Creative and content producers leveraged these components to create elevated story telling on home and category pages
