Served as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for The Torray Fund (Ticker: TORYX). Shareholders voted to reorganize the Fund into a larger commercial series trust at the end of 2022 to reduce fund level expenses. I appreciated the opportunity to serve the shareholders and now with a more competitive expense ratio and the capable investment team look forward to the Fund's future growth.

Responsible for developing and leading marketing and sales at Century Capital Management 1999-2006. Developed firm positioning, digital branding, website, and collateral for the firm's investment strategies. Led a successful marketing, sales, national accounts, and client service team. Built out the mutual fund offering through RIAs to over $1.4b aum. Concurrently, developed an institutional strategy offering that raised assets from the Public Pension Plans, Endowments, Foundations, Corporate Plans, and Fund Companies grew by $750 million. The flagship strategy was closed to new investors when assets exceeded $1.7 billion and the firm passed $2 billion. Assisted private equity team in marketing and fundraising for two funds to institutional investors. Left to launch Endeavour. Congress Asset Management subsequently acquired the two mutual funds managed by the firm.

Served on Board of Directors working with senior management to help improve marketing of ESG Research offering and Sub Advisory relationships as an ESG Index Provider.
