Supported Windows 7 migration/upgrade from XP; resolved MS Office Suite 2010 issues including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Live Meeting and Lync. Supported new program rollouts associated with MS Exchange upgrade including End User Computing, Citrix Receiver, Mac Support, Term Server; Virtual Machine applications using both W7 Lite, Thin Clients and Aruba RAP. Used both Desktop Director and Vsphere to maintain, monitor and resolve VM issues. Worked with Active Directory and SCCM to troubleshoot and perform installs.
