Responsibilities included but were not limited to full P&L responsibility, corporate reporting, personnel management, effective forecasting, pricing and margin, line reviews, business plan and new product development, post audit dispute resolution, market trend and competitive analysis

Responsible for managing all aspects of over $14 million Tech Lighting and Monte Carlo business at Lowe’s and The Great Indoors. Responsibilities included but were not limited to financial budget and personnel management, effective forecasting, line reviews, business plan and new product development, post audit dispute resolution, market trend and competitive analysis.

Responsible for managing all aspects of over $100 million Wagner business at Lowe’s, Wal-mart and Sam’s Club.

Managed all aspects of over $400 million Bulk Paint category including sales and marketing.
