After graduating from Lewis-Clark State College with a bachelor’s degree in business management and minors in marketing and communication, I decided to pursue an insurance career and earned my insurance licenses in life, disability, property, and casualty. My first two years of experience were spent selling personal lines, small commercial insurance, individual health insurance, and life insurance products at Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho. Then in 2012 I had the opportunity to join Post Insurance as a Commercial Insurance Agent. My initial focus at Post Insurance was working with medium to large-size clients on their property and casualty needs, and leveraging my life insurance knowledge by providing clients with access to buy-sell insurance, key-man insurance, and non-deferred compensation plans.In 2013, after continued interest from clients, I began focusing on group health insurance and consultation on the Affordable Care Act. I specialize in groups of 25-1000, and I really enjoy the challenge of working with self-funded groups and providing creative group health solutions for my clients. In the past five years I’ve established myself as Post Insurance’s expert group health insurance agent, and I’m dedicated to growing our agency’s ability to support the group-health needs of employers and employees in all 50 states. I’m a strong believer in continued education and I’m committed to staying on top of the ever-changing federal heath regulations so that my clients don’t have to.
