Patrick is an Associate Director with Secretariat International, specializing in quantity surveying and quantum dispute analysis. Patrick supports experts in preparing quantum expert report in arbitration and litigation proceedings for different types of building and civil engineering projects throughout Hong Kong, Macau and Asia Pacific. Patrick supports and co-operates with clients, legal teams and expert witness in the course of various dispute resolutions. Patrick assist to prepare expert reports on different types of quantum claims such as variations valuations, prolongation costs, disruption costs, defects / outstanding works valuations, etc. Patrick is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Secretariat International, Patrick was employed in a contract advisory consultant and was seconded to a large-scale cross border railway development project in Hong Kong to provide claims advisory and assessment services to the Employer. Patrick is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (2002), a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (2002) and a Registered Professional Surveyor (Quantity Surveying) in Hong Kong.
