Program Manager, Battle Creek College Access Network
Current- Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with multiple school districts, organizations, businesses to provide educational programming initiatives that increase competency, access, and awareness to postsecondary pathways.
- Lead community-wide assessment of current local education landscape and sector trends to develop recommendations and strategies aimed to increase systematic change and solutions toward postsecondary pathway credential.
- Assess and develop strategic planning initiatives to determine short and long-term program recommendations to Board of Directors.
- Manage all 501(c)(3) reporting and compliance in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations.
- Develop and maintain annual program budget.
- Supervise staff including on-boarding, role alignment with mission and vision, and professional development.
