Directs and manages all aspects of the hotel's operations and ministers such authority and responsibility through designated subordinates.* Responsible for the financial performance of the hotel and have complete authority in respect to hiring, promoting and discharging all personnel.* Has full executive power to administer the functions of the hotel, as deem appropriate and in the best interest of the Owner and the specific hotel operations.* Determine the short and long term objectives of the hotel in consultation with the Owner's designated "Executive Committee" in accordance with the approved Annual Operating Plan.* Responsible for the formulation of the hotel's Annual Operating Plan on a timely basis and subsequent presentation to the Owner or Executive Committee.* Establishing Pricing Policy and implementation of the hotel's Marketing Plan and Sales Strategy in connection with the hotel's operation.* Implementation of the Operating Equipment, Furniture and Fixtures and Special Projects in accordance with the approved Annual Operating Plan.* Establishes good communication and relationship with the local community and work closely with the relevant government authorities.

Hotel Pre-Opening Services (Critical Path)* Setting up of Operating Schedules for the opening of the hotel.* Technical Assistance - Planning & Construction of The Hotel* Pre-Opening Services, Dry Run & Opening Services & Training* The Management
