20 years ago I had the opportunity to move to the United States with my current company. My wife and I made the decision to move from France with our two daughters. Once I arrived I worked to grow and develop the custom tooling footprint in North America. What was only supposed to be a 3 year commitment turned into a life change for my family and we've lived here ever since.I started in the engineering department as a design engineer and then moved into a management role. I became the custom tooling production manager which included quoting, engineering and production. I have worked on multiple projects across the globe, most recently on the implementation of a global ERP system. One of my favorite parts of my job though is making process manufacturing improvements. I love figuring out how to turn three operations into one. I now have over 30 years of Custom Manager experience in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry.I am skilled in Custom Tool Development, Operations Management, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Team Building, and Industrial Engineering.
