My hands-on role encompassed all aspects of system administration and project management. From ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and meeting organisational and client needs through technical support and server/network maintenance, to fostering stakeholder engagement, tracking project progress, planning, quality assurance, and proactively addressing issues and challenges.Key achievement(s)▪ Working successfully as part of a team provided technical/product training to government schools, NGOs, and private organisations.▪ Conducted physical patch update of the Mwabu application on more than 100 desktop computers and the system maintenance of those computers across the nation. (ZICTA Universal Access Project)▪ I played a key role in implementing the N50 Project in Luumbo, serving as a liaison with the community, conducting a baseline survey, providing technical expertise, and training key partners in using the new systems.▪ Working as part of a team created Mwabu Learn multimedia interactive content using Articulate Storyline 360.▪ Designed CAPI surveys using CSPro, as well as collecting data. Used IBM SPSS for quick exploratory data analysis while in the field. (Africonnect and the World Bank study)
