I oversees the records of the company asset and give reports to my superior every month. I raise requisition that is drawn by the Project manager or senior Engineers. After that I send to the Buyer.When materials is delivered, I received and prepares a Goods Received for Payment to be made to the vendor. I also update the company BIN CARD to know the stock level of the company. A report is documented every month to the AUDIT Department for accountability.My work gave a broad experience about Civil Engineering not only as a store officer.
