Maintenance Coordinator
CurrentCoordinates all maintenance activities and ensure high machine reliability across the plant, through driving the organization’s maintenance program. Responsible for driving maintenance schedule compliance, work order management and work execution quality.Coordinates and oversees work carried out by contractors and ensure all the work is completed within project timelines and to the prescribed expectations.Work successfully with a multi-disciplinary team to accomplish goals and production key performance indicators.Provides technical support to the engineering and production teams in resolving machine breakdowns.Facilitates and leads problem solving techniques to address plant breakdowns and production challenges.Manage and ensures all site infrastructure is maintained in a usable condition.Controls the local engineering stores and ensures critical machine spares are kept at the right quantities.Maintain a safe, health and risk-free working environment, through adherence to Australian statutory regulations.Identifying opportunities of improving process capability through systematic improvements.Responsible for coaching and enforcing correct standardized maintenance practices, safety, and good housekeeping standards on the production machines.
