Head Coach for an independent 17U showcase select tournament team based in Northeast Ohio. Responsible for organizing practices, lineups, and overall game management decisions of a head coach.

Responsible for scheduling, organzing, delegating, and all other responsibilities of a head baseball coach. Setting lineups, creating a system of playing time so that all players are prepared for making an impact in their respective college programs in the fall. Age ranged from rising college freshmen and sophomores at a variety of levels including NCAA Division I, II and III, as well NJCAA.
