- Oversee a 60K square foot facility with 5 direct and 110 indirect reports.- Direct all Quality and Operations including Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, WetChemistry, and Food Forensics.- Manage $20M annual revenue. Responsible for P&L.- Lead a FDA Import Detention Program.- Facilitate client and accreditation audits, maintained FDA, ELAP, and ISO 17025 compliance

- Supervise Microbiology Laboratory of 45 employees to ensure accurate and timely delivery of >2000 tests daily- Provide technical support and result interpretation to clients - Manage FDA import testing program, prepare required data packages for FDA approval, troubleshoot rejected products with FDA and clients- Support Lab Director in client and accreditation audits, maintained FDA, ELAP, and ISO 17025 compliance

- Develop establish and maintain all quality related documents. - Prepare internal quality audit programs and conduct the internal audits in accordance with QA documents and prepare all corresponding reports- Check randomly and systematically, that the quality system is documented, effective, updated, understood, and adhered to by staff - Participate in Client and Certification Body audits and maintain approval status

Oversee the day to day operations of collection and processing 60,000 samples per month. Manage a sample receiving group and a courier group to ensure all samples are collected and processed within customer's expectations. Manage and maintain the daily purchasing and inventory of a multi-million dollar operation. Oversee the upkeep and improvements of a 70,000 square foot facility.

Oversight of Sample Prep, Quantitative, Media, and Dairy departments. Implemented and improved systems to reduce overtime, turnover, and improve quality. Direct oversight of the Industrial Performance program to save $250K in labor and materials. Winner of the Worldwide Dr. John H. Silliker award for Integrity.
