Hello, my name is Patrick Chua and currently I am a student in California State University Long Beach, majoring in Business Marketing. As a student getting ready to enter the work force, I am excited for opportunities to expand my knowledge of the business world, specifically to learn more about retail and online presence.   As Lead Host, it was my job to uphold Disney standards of employment, with knowledge about the parks and policies of Disney along with maintaining the Disney experience with outstanding customer service. Another task of mine was to delegate jobs and duties of other hosts and waiters to tables and seats for guests throughout the day. As a Lead, I was also given the responsibility of training and teaching new employees both BlackTap policies along with Disney's.
