Customer service oriented forecaster with 12+ years of experience providing real time decision support services (DSS), ranging from mission critical to life saving, to a wide range of customers including private citizens and internal/external government partners. I currently lead a team of Meteorologists who specialize in aviation forecasting and providing DSS to maximize National Airspace System efficiency and safety for both commercial and private sector air travel.Additional goals include career advancement of team members and the creation of new partnerships and innovative ideas to better serve new and existing partners.
