Patrick Clark is a visionary entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in transformative leadership, strategic creation, and asset stewardship. His specific areas of expertise are in building high performance teams and culture, finance, design, and implementation of investment strategies across both traditional and alternative investment classes, deal acquisition, business growth and leadership development. Patrick is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ebenezer Capital, a private values-based impact investment company. The firm's mission is to protect and grow assets under management while being bold about its values system. Additionally, Patrick serves on the Board of Directors of several companies and non-profits. Previously, Patrick was the Chief Executive Officer of REIG Companies, an asset management, construction, and real estate investment firm. He founded REIG in 2011 and served as Chief Executive Officer until 2023. In this position, he deployed over $250 million of capital in real estate and redevelopment while achieving its mission of bringing renewal and hope to the lives and communities it touched. Prior to founding REIG, Patrick was a senior asset manager for a portfolio of corporate bank owned real estate. In the position, he led the takeover, investment, reposition and disposition of over $100 million in assets throughout the United States for JP Morgan Chase. Prior to his time as an asset manager, Patrick served as a financial non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps. A specialist in financial appropriations, management, risk mitigation and logistics. While providing leadership and operations towards the deployment of combat Marines around the globe, he played a critical role in the financial execution and support of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
