Performs professional level labor relations work in the area of contract interpretation and administration, progressive discipline, contract research/preparation, and supervisory training. Develops implements and coordinates personnel and Labor Relations activities for RTD bargaining unit employees. Activities include, but are not limited to: arbitration, contract negotiation and administration, grievance handling, supervisor training, wage administration, unemployment compensation hearings, employee occupational job changes and Labor Agreement interpretation. Assures consistency in the administration of Performance Codes, Attendance Policy, and other policies/rules of the District.

Responsible for the human resource function for a leading provider of specialty infusion and pharmacy distribution services with more than 80 branch locations, 50 ambulatory infusion suites and 3,000 employees throughout the United States. Partnered with the parent company, Apria Healthcare, to strategically align the two companies human resource functions throughout the United States.

Accountable for the development and implementation of strategies to prevent organized labor's involvement in the operation of our renal dialysis health care organization. Develop and administer preventative programs to minimize the likelihood of union organizing activity for 31,000 employees in 1,300 clinics and 800 hospital locations throughout the United States.

Directed all employee and labor relations activities for U.S. Western Region of world’s largest construction materials supplier with 3,000 non-union and union employees. Responsible for negotiating 18 labor contracts while managing all legal issues including EEOC complaints, arbitrations, mediations, and employee lawsuits.

Directed all human resource activities within privately held entrepreneurial organization with 1,500 employees in fourteen states and four Canadian Provinces in real estate, assisted living, and railroad industries.

Led all Human Resources activities for $2.1 billion, 2,200-employee national, multi-unit franchise food service distributor.
