Directed the redesign of the firm’s primary client review application, a project intended to provide the firm’s financial advisors with best-in-class reporting solutions.– Provided the strategic vision of the program, including the prioritization and timing of enhancements to the system.– Managed a team of 4 Product Specialists, assigning tasks, reviewing progress, and resolving escalated issues.– Collected feedback through frequent interactions with financial advisors, and performed competitor analysis to understand the offerings of the largest wealth management firms on Wall Street.– Assisted in the recruitment of financial advisors to the firm by presenting the firm’s client reporting capabilities.– Participated in third-party vendor due diligence exercises and contract negotiations.– Interfaced with legal and compliance partners to mitigate the litigation and regulatory risk of new enhancements.Responsible for the firm’s primary asset classification system, which provides security classifications to over 30 downstream applications. – Designed a new user interface and workflow tool for the firm’s primary client review application, greatly improving usability.– Produced business requirements for 14 new analytical reports with advanced features to aid in client reviews.– Performed User Acceptance Testing and oversaw the development phase, resolving issues and defects as they arose.– Assisted in the rollout of enhancements through the development of training initiatives and marketing materials.– Resolved escalated service issues and assisted financial advisors in utilizing features of the client review applications.
