I am a corporate and transactional lawyer who helps clients form, grow, and sell their businesses, and work with my clients to solve challenging problems with practical solutions. I work with clients in five main areas: general corporate law, healthcare law matters, mergers and acquisitions, complex contracts, and succession planning.Throughout my career, I have represented private companies and their owners on a wide variety of corporate law matters including entity formation, private security offerings, negotiation of complex contracts and general corporate governance. I continue to serve as outside general counsel for private companies throughout New England. In addition, I represent a variety of clients with complex transactions and contracts, including clients in the manufacturing, medical device, defense, high technology, financial services, energy and wholesale food industries.I am a member of the Business and Industry Association’s Executive Committee and served on their Ad Hoc Committee, which was created to review and update the New Hampshire Business Corporation Act.I served as the New Hampshire State Liaison for the American Bar Association’s Corporate Laws Committee, and previously served as co-chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Corporation, Banking and Business Law section and also previously served as co-chair of the Health Law section.I was recognized as Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America for Mergers & Acquisitions in 2022 and Corporate Law in 2020. In addition, I was a recipient of NH Business Review’s Business Excellence Award in 2018.
