Oversight of PlanET's Construction, Service and Operations teams across our North American platform. Leading the execution of PlanET's strategic initiatives within the North American Biogas market.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of PlanET construction, service, and commissioning teams that serve our client base across the U.S.. Expanding PlanET's presence in the US and increase our ability to serve our growing demand.

Responsible for the day to day management of NOCO’s 9 bulk storage facilities across Western and Central NY contributing to roughly an 50-million-gallon distribution network of diesel, gasoline, home heating fuel and propane. Led the division through numerous initiatives to increase the efficiency of the distribution network while reducing the expense structure and keeping the focus on providing high levels of service. Managed a diverse team of bulk plant managers, DOT Hazmat drivers, HVAC and Propane Service Technicians, Dispatchers and Customer Service Representatives.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, I was responsible for the day to day management of NOCO's 7 bulk warehouse locations throughout the Northeast. Assisted NOCO in strategic initiatives to streamline business processes and was successful in reducing expenses by implementing an effective supply chain throughout our seven locations. Assisted in successful acquisitions integrating operations into the NOCO system while supporting strategic growth in new territories with our sales team.

I was responsible for managing the day to day operations of a specialty gas and supply distributor. Managed various levels of employees from production, distribution and customer service. Responisble for generating and maintaining the division's operating budget. I was able to reduce expenses by creating a more efficent work flow in the production process and delivery.
