I also have extensive experience preparing patent invalidity, patentability, and freedom-to-operate opinions. Having worked closely on intellectual property matters with IP lawyers and other professionals across the United States and in countries all over the world, I provide clients a global outlook for IP matters and directs them to trusted legal counsel outside the United States.I work with companies in a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, healthcare, and cosmetics to protect their products and brands. In addition to procuring the necessary IP protection for clients, I police and defend their IP. This includes quickly stopping infringement, such as on e-commerce websites, and taking the steps needed to ensure that the infringement does not resume.I have secured, protected, and/or defended clients’ intellectual property rights in various mechanical and electrical technologies, including image-guided surgical systems, surgical fixing and positioning devices, oil and gas systems, pressure cylinders, endoscopic accessories, urological devices, trailer lighting and towing accessories, mobile communication devices, aerospace control systems, gas turbine fuel systems, filtration systems, refrigeration systems, and hydraulic systems.
