(1) Work hand-in-hand with Product Development to actively assist Sales and Marketing in technical support and application solutions. Work closely with customers on new product developments.(2) Responsible for in-house Sales Department and customer application training.

(1) Manage team activities – research and product development (cheese powders and cheese blends) for Corporate and regional customers. Supervise pilot plant activities – pilot spray-drying and dry-blending.(2) Work with Sales & Marketing to provide technical support and value-added customer services.(3) Provide training and calibrate factory sensory panelists including facilitate in upscale from development to commercial production.
