Development management of medium to large-scale infill development projects. Responsibilities include land acquisition, project entitlement, management of design consultants both internal and third party participants and coordination with construction management and sales team.

Company lead on design and entitlement of luxury urban infill residential projects in and around the Seattle. Oversaw the creation of an in-house design team focused on sourcing land and providing builder services for partner builders. Conducted initial feasibility for potential acquisition of projects. Managed coordination with third party consultants to ensure a timely delivery of permits. Worked with builders through construction administration to ensure a high quality buildout consistent with design intent. Coordinated with brokerage to provide marketing collateral unique to each project.

Managed and designed largerscale mixed use commercial projects internationally. This included overseeing production and presentation process as well as coordination of client interests with consultants, municipal authorities and partners. Took an active role in business development and marketing of LLA's global brand.

Architectural Drawing and Representation

Project planning, design and development of LA Green Corps office and warehouse. The development proposal was submitted to Enterprise/ Chase development competition and was selected as a finalist.
