Having worked in HR, immigration, and compliance for 15 years, I am familiar with several key technologies in those fields. I am comfortable with both Peoplesoft and SAP HRIS systems, and have used HireRight for background checks, Taleo for ATS, and Tracker, Equifax, and Lawlogix for compliance tracking.My insight into federal regulations has increased the accuracy rate of the compliance paperwork at every office I have worked. When I began working at Patni Computer Systems Ltd, their I-9 compliance rate was at 2% and they were keeping records on sheets of notebook paper; by the time they were acquired by iGate in 2015, I'd moved the entire system online, with cloud storage of documentation and options for remote completion of paperwork. I single-handedly raised the compliance rate to 100%.My university education in linguistics prepared me well for international business venues and multicultural workplaces, and my training as an educator has led to success in my work as a trainer and orientation leader.
