• Primary spokesperson for DZ for all OCC meetings.• Primary communicator with the OCC on all D&Z issues and responsible for the interface with Client on the timely resolution of the issues. • Lead the shiftly POD (Plan of Day) internal turnover meetings. • Monitor schedule progress and performance indicators (PIs), implement corrective actions through the Production Superintendent (PS), Site Manager (SM), and Scheduler as necessary • Status D&Z outage activity progress based on input from the field Supervisors • Communicate with OCC (Outage Control Center) and D&Z management regarding significant issues when they arise. I.E. potential OSHA recordable injury, potential RP (Radiation Protection) practice violation, plant transient, clearance order violation, activity that warrants a prompt investigation, work activity on or near critical path that is stopped or has a significant delay. • Focal point of communications for all internal problems and issues that the field Supervisor cannot resolve. • Advises SM (Site Manager) and PS in regard to field work issues that require their attention.
