Drafted and reviewed commercial contracts for the Trillectro Music Festival with sponsors, musical artists, and venues. Researched and drafted internal legal memoranda regarding proper employment classification for employees and independent contractors. Reviewed trademark and copyright material for potential infringement. Reviewed and researched applicable state and local laws to facilitate a change in festival location from Washington, D.C. to Maryland.
