As IT Service Management Lead at Ascend, I apply project management and organizational problem-solving skills to ensure that IT services are focused on continual improvement by placing an emphasis on value driven outcomes for our members and employees. I have gained experience in IT service desk management and support, hardware installation and maintenance, vendor management, and IT project management through IT service roles with Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical and Sumner County Board of Education. Before transitioning to the IT field, I served as a captain at Sumner County EMS, where I developed strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities. I have a degree in Information Technology Project Management from Tennessee Technological University, and I am passionate about learning new technologies and creating IT solutions. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of Ascend Federal Credit Union by providing reliable, efficient, and secure IT solutions focused on ITSM best practices for continual improvement.
