Tvidia Verify & Mitel MN5550 IP Console Designed and implemented an age verification system to be used by web basedapplications for verifying the age of registered users. Designed and implemented application GUI design changes to make the Mitel MN5550 IPConsole application easier to use, more informative and extendable. Designed and implemented an expandable call queue architecture from the existing singlecall queue architecture. Worked closely with Mitel’s Call Control developers to design and implement call queueinteractions between the Console application and Call Control. Provided support for the Console application for internal and external customers. Maintained the Install Shield script for the Attendant Console installation.

Designed and implemented Campaigner 2.0 web based user interface for email marketing software.Maintained billing system for email marketing software.

Campaigner Online Email Marketing Tool Led a four member team that produced the HTML proof of concept for Campaigner version2.0. Worked on the team to implement and maintain the Campaigner 2.0 J2EE Application. Responsible for partner integrations (Yahoo!, SalesForce.com…) to enable securecustomer access to the Campaigner application and synchronization of customer contactdata using Apache's XML-RPC client. Maintained billing system used to collect subscription and usage charges employingscheduled jobs executing billing provider API calls.
