Patrick Connell facilitates the integrated and comprehensive service delivery of assignments undertaken for CBRE’s top institutional clients. He is responsible for overseeing strategy formation, operations, leasing, and financial reporting on more than 25 million square feet of real estate assets.Strategic Accounts provides dedicated real estate professionals who serve our institutional and investor clients as a single point of contact. These specialists expertly navigate and leverage CBRE’s resources on behalf of clients with a focus on operational excellence and execution. Our unique platform enables CBRE to provide superior communications and deliver unmatched services to clients.Patrick was previously responsible for business development and client relations for the CBRE Recovery & Restructuring Services group. RRS specifically addressed the workout, restructuring, and recovery of under- and non-performing commercial real estate assets from loan workout through disposition. Mr. Connell was primarily focused on assisting CMBS special servicers by providing direct account management in addition to working with large financial institutions and government entities. Served as Vice President and Team Leader for CWCapital Asset Management, where he was responsible for a $2 billion national portfolio of office and industrial CMBS assets. In this capacity, he directed the development and execution of value creation/disposition strategies designed to maximize asset values and minimize trust losses.
