Oversee operations, including leasing and redevelopments, of a portfolio of grocery anchored and community shopping centers in Southern California & the PNW. The portfolio is comprised of ~60 assets and ~ 8.1 MSF.• Drive the income growth of all assets within their portfolio.• Manage the health of the portfolio through reliably projecting income and expenses and communicating those findings to senior management. • Strategically drive rents, occupancy and quality of the tenants through redevelopment.. • Collaborate with property management to help drive accounts receivable and strategize on existing and new tenants. • Negotiate and prepare leases for tenants, especially anchor tenants with the appropriate responsibility allocated to the landlord or tenant.

Greater Los Angeles Area

• Oversee the leasing of a portfolio of grocery anchored and community shopping centers including some centers which are partially completed (i.e. under development) or have surplus land for additional phases. This portfolio is comprised of ~43 assets and ~ 5.5 MSF from Santa Barbara to San Diego.• Drive the income growth of all assets within their portfolio.• Manage the health of the portfolio through reliably projecting income and expenses and communicating those findings to senior management. • Strategically drive rents, occupancy and quality of the tenants through redevelopment.. • Collaborate with property management to help drive accounts receivable and strategize on existing and new tenants. • Negotiate and prepare leases for tenants, especially anchor tenants with the appropriate responsibility allocated to the landlord or tenant.

Responsible for the company-wide productivity through development, redevelopment, anchor and chain store leasing. Primary focus was on driving the NOI of the portfolio through building out excess land, repositioning aging centers through renovation, and leasing of anchor positions and shop tenants. Responsibilities include hiring and managing project architects and consultants, all project entitlements, construction management, both construction and permanent financing and all leasing.
