This is a complex business that ranges from commodity chemicals where the priority is on lowest global cost to serve, through differentiated specialties where responsive service is critical to customer. In October 2015, the global Epoxy business was divested from Dow Chemical Company to the Olin Corporation. During this transition, it was essential to maintain business operational continuity.
