Position Summary:Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining processes to ensure that all products manufactured by Fox Thermal meet customer specifications and quality objectives.Responsible for: • Developing and implementing quality control systems (database applications), analyzing production quality control maintenance, and other operational reports to detect production problems.• Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.• Defining quality procedures as necessary.• Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.• Communicating with external auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective actions and compliance with standards (ISO 9001, ATEX).• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.• Reviewing operations and consulting with Production, Engineering, Administrative staff or outside resources to resolve production problems.• Training and evaluating production staff and prioritize work procedures required to eliminate product quality and efficiency issues.• Proactively maintaining a safe work environment.
