Working my way up through the ranks at A. Perry from an administration role to middle management, I have developed so many skills that I am proud so proud of, and not afraid to admit that I am still learning each day. Customer care, high level administration, negotiation, account management, problem solving, man management, the list goes on. To be able to have the chance now at my stage in life to pass on these skills to my staff, new ideas, ways of working, solutions to their problems makes me immensely proud of the journey that I have been on so far, whilst staying humble enough and whiling enough to adapt, learn, and change where needed in an ever diversifying industry, an industry that I would not have even considered when leaving college but now have such a passion to work within.
