Migrated ERP, financial, business intelligence, order management, warehouse management, collaboration, and engineering systems on Unix and Windows servers, EMC storage arrays, network switches, firewalls, mainframes, and AS400’s. Reduced network and conferencing costs in 2009 by over $7M annually through contract negotiations in China, Mexico, India, and in the US for the remaining domestic and global network.• Expanded Eaton’s enterprise network into China, India, Brazil, Italy, Taiwan, Australia, and Eastern Europe. Responsible for $15M annual budget.• Managed the project to convert 150 sites to managed networking services using Cisco equipment, ATM, Frame Relay, and Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) interconnecting technology. The new network resulted in improved service quality, improved business interoperability, lower costs, and reduced staff requirements.• Led negotiations for the company’s first enterprise wide managed services contract for data and voice services.
