Product leader responsible for the design and transformation of the global commercial loan accounting application that enables the E2E credit processes.I lead a team of product leaders who drive the creation of our product vision, roadmap, design, testing, and overall health of critical credit application. In this role, I lead a variety of activities in partnership with Technology, including the launching and expansion of new technology solutions, systems integrations, and other critical operational efficiency and workflow improvements.

Delivered through a cutting-edge digital platform.I work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and bring our software solutions and enhancements to the market. In particular, focusing on a robust solution suite that includes experience surveys, predictive analytics, 360 assessments, self-service pulsing, and crowdsourcing solutions. In addition, this role will support Press Ganey’s end-to-end digital survey platform and delivery.Duties & Responsibilities:• Gain a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and client experiences. Represent the company by meeting with clients and key stakeholders to solicit feedback on products and services. • Develop product strategy and roadmap by analyzing product performance, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve client experience, and drive growth. Generate product buy-in with key stakeholders. Act as a product expert to build awareness and understanding. • Translate product strategy into product requirements and prototypes. Work closely with Engineering to design, scope and prioritize requirements based on business and client impact. Ensure product is brought to market according to business requirements and client expectations.• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop product pricing, positioning, and promotional plans that are aligned with product strategy.• Drive product launches by working closely with marketing, educational services, talent development, and other key stakeholders. Provide cross-functional project management oversight for product development initiatives, including pilot projects, product enhancements, and new product development.• Assist client facing associates with questions, requests and presentations.
