As a Practice Accountant at OneOncology, I help manage financial operations that support both the day-to-day activities and long-term success of the organization. OneOncology partners with community-based oncology practices, focusing on delivering high-quality cancer care through collaboration, innovation, and shared expertise. In my role, I work closely with practice leaders to ensure financial processes run smoothly, align with business needs, and remain compliant.I’ve built broad experience in accounting through a variety of roles. At Abraham & Gaffney, P.C., I prepared financial reports, managed QuickBooks, and conducted detailed financial analysis. During my audit internship at Plante Moran, I was involved in every stage of the audit process, working directly with clients to assess risks and ensure compliance. These roles gave me hands-on experience with financial systems and strengthened my ability to communicate effectively across teams.Together, these experiences have made me a well-rounded professional, skilled in both the technical side of accounting and the collaborative work it requires.
