As the Director of Secondary School Counseling at Shore Country Day School, I bring over 20 years of teaching and coaching experience, as well as administrative and leadership skills, to support the academic, social, and emotional needs of our students. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our diverse and talented community of learners, and I collaborate closely with our faculty, staff, and families to achieve this goal.In addition to my counseling role, I also serve as the Head Baseball Coach and the former 6th and 7th Grade Coordinator at Shore Country Day School. In these positions, I have developed and implemented innovative and engaging curricula, programs, and activities that foster student growth, development, and engagement. I have also mentored and empowered students and faculty, and facilitated student life and responsive classroom initiatives. I am committed to excellence and continuous improvement in education, and I seek to inspire and motivate others to do the same.
