I am an accomplished professional with experience working in highly regulated environments while delivering change at pace.Most recently I have been heavily involved in technology improvements working with systems such as Temenos Transact, nCino, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and JIRA.I hold an Honours degree in Business with International Business and am fully QFA Qualified with a Diploma in Finance also.I am also PSPO II Qualified.I have 7 Years Branch banking experience, including Managing staff, processing mortgage & loan applications, financial planning and investment advice.After working in Retail Banking I moved in to the Arrears Support Unit and have gained experience in a field role, dealing with a portfolio of customers across the arrears book.With much experience gained in Change & Project Management in the years previous,in 2018 I moved to Product Management focusing on MS Dynamics CRM, delivering via Agile & Scrum methodology.Since joining AIB in 2023 I am working as a self employed Contractor in a Product Manager role within Corporate & Business Credit Products.I have detailed knowledge of both CCMA & CPC regulation.I am a fully committed individual with a Strong Proven track record in all areas and excellent planning and organisational skills.
