In my experience as a Healthcare Assistant, I had the privilege of providing compassionate care and support to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. I developed excellent interpersonal skills, honed my ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and became adept at collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. This experience instilled in me a strong sense of empathy, attention to detail, and the importance of maintaining privacy and security in healthcare settings.Motivated by my passion for IT, I transitioned into the role of a Service Desk Analyst. Over the past year, I have improved my technical troubleshooting abilities and developed a deeper understanding of IT systems and user support. I have excelled at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while providing exceptional customer service.
