Started out with a 14ft cube van running Hot-Shots anywhere in 2001. Business grow over the years and ended up with 47 trucks on the road,mostly tractor-trailer and straight trucks and a few small vans.We were awared one of the Top Future 50 Companies in Milwaukee three years in a row. In 2008 the company was sold to Kreilkamp Trucking. Diamond Express was also an Freight forwarder along with hauling Air Freight.

Directed the company in Sales and was the CEO of Diamond Logistics Inc. Over saw the daily operations and was hands on the pulse of the business.We run a full service freight brokerage for the first four years and added trucks after.

Multi tasks--- Business planning,sales strategy development and daily logistics within the system.Ran five terminals in Wisconsin and ran LTL,TL and Airfreight to MKE,ORD,MSP. Started in the family van and ended up with 200 pieces of equipment before selling to Dayton Freight Lines.We also had a airfreight division that ran strictly air freight,International and ocean freight to major airports out of Milwaukee.
