Manage 5 categories of product with responsibility for revenue, inventory levels, profitability, and growth of those categories. Currently managing AC, Lifting & Hydraulics, Portable Battery, Vehicle Specialty tools, and Welding ($50+ million in revenue).

Managed 5 buyers and the Entire inventory for 6 locations. Monitored new item forecasts and initial buy quantities. Developed paid for inventory tracking and excess inventory tracking to maximize company cash flow and inventory performance.

Negotiated and created supplier agreements with existing and new suppliers. Created supplier profitability reporting for tracking and managing supplier programs.
